Representing the President of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP), Hon. Prof. Massouda Mohamed Laghdaf (Mrs.), 1st Vice President representing the Northern African Region, expressed recognition to His Majesty, Mohammed VI, the Parliament and the people of the Kingdom of Morocco for their hospitality and their contributions in holding a successful Youth Dialogue.
She also commended the Bureau of the Pan-African Parliament Caucus on Youth for convening this fruitful engagement to assess, identify and explore ways to address the elimination of hunger and malnutrition and promote economic good governance.
Hon. Laghdaf highlighted how the Dialogue has established the requirement for youth leadership in ending hunger and advancing Africa’s development. Finally, she thanked all stakeholders who converged in Rabat to join efforts to give young people a voice in attaining the objectives of the African Union.
